All DVC sold out?

Pardon my ignorance but this is all very new to me! Are all DVC sold out? Is the only way to buy through resale? Thank you for your help?

Also, if you go through DVC do you have to put down a down payment? Can this financed, too?

no......you can buy BCV thru disney and there are alot of resale options for the other resorts at the timeshare store but read some of my posts on this area.....resales are not totally awesome as i first thought..........we got contracts on three in the last 8 days and all the folks backed out ......so dont list if your not going to sell it!!!!!!!! LOL

BCV, and some VB are still available through DVD (possibly more for add-on).
Usually, some type of cash is required for down payment. Of course, you can always finance this through a credit card teaser rate.

We did a 7 day cruise in February and met the greatest Disney Vacation Club cast and vacationers. We chose Hilton Head due to the lower tax rate and quieter area (in our opinion). We decided on 400 points due to our vacation plans/desires. We haven't used any of them but if their service so far is any indication, we should be happy with our transaction.
