I’m so frustrated. Why can’t my doctor tell me what’s what wrong with me? I have been having knee problems for almost 6 months. Its simply stiffness, my knee is too stiff to move. So I go today and she basically tells me that I’m nuts and gives me a new brace and suggests a MRI. You think they would have me try on the brace? NO, they give me it in a box and send me on my way. I go to try it on downstairs and I cant get the stupid thing up my leg (too small) so I run all the way back up to get the next size up (large) and it’s too big. So I’m stuck with the large since the other one was cutting off circulation. So I guess its back to wrapping with the ace bandage over the brace. I’m so frustrated with this and pray its fixed soon since I am getting VERY sick of missing work to handle this. Sorry, just needed to vent.

:hug:Sorry to hear about the knee problems. Have you gone to a physical therapist? Through the use of their pain and torture methods like deep tissue massage, they work wonders! Kind of sounds maybe like a torn meniscus. Good luck at figuring it out. Hope the MRI goes well.

Well I made it though a day without pulling up my brace. Grr now to find a nice sexy pair of jeans that hide it (and still flaunt my butt) by friday.

If your doctor is willing to send you for an MRI, I would do that. If there is something wrong in there, the MRI will most likely find it. Just so you know, MRIs are not cheap...sadly I've had a bunch of them on my knees. I've torn my ACL 3 times!
Good luck and I hope the pain gets better!
