Payment Balance?

I booked my holiday over the phone and paid the 10% deposit. They said the balance would come out of my bank today, but I've checked and nothing has come out. Now I'm panicking:scared1:

Is it normal for them to be late or should I phone them :confused3

I think others on here have had the payment taken later then the said day. Leave it a couple of days & then maybe give them a call.

Thanks think I'll do that. Was just worried they'd forgot we were coming. Had visions of arriving at DLH and being chucked out:scared1:

The same thing happened to me, it was all set up to automatically be taken out of my account 60 days before departure. I even rang the week before to check. I assumed everything had gone through until a week later i had a message left on my phone saying the balance needed paying. Apparently my bank rejected it because it was such a large amount being paid to France which they thought was suspicious. Tried whilst i was on the phone and it went through fine, apparently this happens quite a lot. So don't worry even if it doesn't go through Disney will chase for the money before cancelling.

I had the same thing. Called the bank, they said they had released the payment (I was worried about them thinking it was a fraud on my card). They told me that Disney had just not taken the money. Bank said it could take up to 7 days after the payment date to show on my account.

Called DLRP, and they told me they had my money! Might be worth a check in a few days time.
