Hi,

I am looking at getting tix online. The printable (pdf) etickets seem the best chance for me to have the tickets in my hand in time for my trip (10 days out). I have read that these have a bar code that cast members scan at the gates.

What I am wondering is if these tickets will work in the fast pass machines?

If the machines are like the ones in WDW in FL, they will only have a spot for the smaller hard tickets to go in, not a scanner. Does anyone have any experience with this?

TIA!

hiya

i maybe wrong but i thought you had to exchange the print out at the ticket booths for actual park passes, i know this what we hav to do at portadventura anyway. i persume its the same way, im open for correction doe.

Ah, that makes sense. So I guess my revised question should be - has anyone gotten an eticket, and did you in fact exchange it for a "real" ticket upon entry? (and how does that work?)

Thanks!

What happens is you get given a fastpass ticket that is just useable in the fastpass machine, and cannot be used to enter the parks, so you need to keep your paper ticket when you leave the parks, so you can get back in with it

Hi, When we where there in August and used the Guest Relations gate, some people were turned away from this gate with paper tickets, others were let in! Guess this suggests it is not foolproof after all!
