Newbie - Good Deal for PBH 7/9-13?

Hi all - we will be going back to US for the first time in ten years and first time staying on-site. We have been quoted best rate for PBH for this period at $258/night - standard room, length of stay rate. Nothing better on the phone or online, as far as I can tell.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

Thats a good deal since I just put in your dates and $258 you have is still cheaper than anyrate I found. I put in for SS, AP and if you were at FL resident and $258 was still cheaper.:thumbsup2
