Annual Power Pass Deadline?????

Does anyone know if there is a deadline for getting the $99 Annual Power Pass? We're going in August and plan another trip to Orlando next summer so we think the AP's are the best way to go. I'm trying to figure out when to make the purchase and don't want to buy to early or miss the $99 deal.

I checked the website and I don't see an expiration date on purchase. Once activated, the pass is good for one year from the date of activation.

When I spoke to Universal about the Power Pass. They said that it would be sold until the end of this year.
