Decorations in November?

For whatever reason, I am having a hard time believing that the Christmas festivities will be up and running in November. We are going during Jersey Week (Nov. 3-8). Will the decorations be up? I trust my DIS Unplugged friends more than people at Sean's work. :lmao:

We were there Jersey Week in 01 and woke up one morning to a Christmas tree in the lobby of the WL. Decorations started appearing in the parks as each day passed and we were able to see the Osborne Lights during AP preview night.
