Where should I begin?? OK, here's the deal:
My "dear" sister is going to be in Orlando the same week when we go in June. They have their own vacation house in Lake Orange(10 min away) My sister and her husband won't be going to Disney at all. On the other hand, their daughter(18) wants to hang out with us that week. She has her own FL AP. I don't mind her joining us during the day at all. But since we have the DlxDDP for the week, can we pay for anything extra that is not covered by our credits? Will the servers know which entree to charge to the DDP? Do you think we could have the servers charge the least expensive item for our OOP cost? Will they allow us to share 4 appetizers among the 5 of us?

I have read so many Dis'ers have done this before. It will be our first time and I am so bump that this is happening to me sooner than I want.

Please help ease my mind about this. BTW, yours truly most likely have to pick up her tabs.....:rolleyes1

I'm not going to discuss sharing the food as the rule is you are not supposed to use your credits to buy meals for persons not on your plan. I don't know if that extends to sharing appetizers or not. I do not think it will be a problem for you to give your relative a bite of your appetizer.

And yes, you can have the server charge the least expensive meal to cash. You need to tell the server which meal will be cash at the time you order, so they can split the checks. You will have a DDP check and a non-DDP check.

Oh no, we will not want to use our dining credit for her. She is going to order maybe a salad for lunch and maybe something lite for dinner. She is extremely health conscious when it comes to her calorie intakes. :confused3
