Can you start using your credits as soon as you arrive? I know that sounds simple but we arrive on a Monday and won't start using our 5 day passes until the Tuesday. But we would like to go to O'Hanas for dinner on the night we arrive.:confused3 Help...

Yup- no worries. From the moment you check in until midnight on the day you check out is when you can use dining credits.
Your dining stuff is in no way connected to your park passes really- you could have a 1 day park pass and be staying for 10 nites so you'd have 10 nites of dining.

Enjoy Ohana!

you're so right we did the DDP last year with no problems at all. any thing you dont use that day you can use the next. it was great not to worry about how much money we needed to eat here or there.:thumbsup2

You can start using your credits as soon as you check into your resort and receive your key cards.

So you can get into the parks to eat, even if your hopper passes haven't started yet?

Nope - you must use your park admission to eat at a restaurant inside a park.

Don't know when the hopper passes start - if they're part of the package I assume they start when you first use admission after checking in - but if you don't have admission, you can't get into the park.

If you don't have park tickets to use, you can eat at any restaurant outside the theme parks and pay with dining credits as soon as you get your key card.
