As a travel agent, are we entitled to a discounted rate on WDW packages? I know we can get discounts on room-only bookings but I will not go on a trip to WDW without the dining plan. From what I've learned, you must book at package in order to be eligible for the dining plan. Does this mean I'd have to pay full pop for everything on a package just so I can get the dining plan?
TIA

There are packages that have discounted room rate, w/tickets, w or w/o dining plan. There are packages that have normal room rate, w/tickets, with free or discounted dining plan. Some are public discount codes (see mousesavers.com), some are personal pin # codes.
This is two that I got as a personal pin # code offers,

Yes, as a TA we get discounts on room only and occasionally they offer the whole 9 yards. As they did last Fall for some dates over a few month period as well as with the Disney Cruise Line on special promo pricing. I went in Dec and got free dining as well as the reduced rate and it was well worth it!
Are you registered at disneytravelagents.ca ?
That's where you will find all the discounts and they email you when there are special promos for us and Clients alike.
I agree, Disney without free dining is not ideal!

Thanks for the tips :goodvibes
Sigh... I guess I'll just have to be patient and wait for those sporatic offers. I like Disney too much... it's a sickness I swear. Doesn't help the fact that my sister is down there working and I have to pay at least $800 every time I want to go see her! :sad1:
