Block request at Cheyenne

I would like to fax Cheyenne to request a particular block.
How long before I go should I contact them?

What fax number do you use?

Which block do you think is best? This is our third stay at the Cheyenne. Our first stay we were in Soaring Eagle which was the furtheswt block away from the park. A very quiet block but with that little bit further to walk. Our second stay was in Sundance. The other extreme. The closest to the park. We found it a little noisy. The noise from the occasional traffic on the road wasn't too bad but every morning we woke to the sound of bands practicing and other loud noises. I think there is some kind of Disney Academy across the road from the hotel!!!

So which block would you suggest?:confused3

We have stayed in Jesse James twice and liked it as it was quite close to the main reception/restaurant etc but seemed quite quiet.
This time it's an adult only trip so we want to be near the bar ;) and the shuttle bus stop for a quick hop on to the parks. Will be asking for Wyatt Earp I think.
