upgrade on arrival?

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help with this question, if we took the free QSDP for next year then decied to upgrade to the next plan when we arrived at the POR is this possible to do and pay the extra in dollars there?

You can't add or upgrade a dining plan at the resort. All changes to package reservations must be made at least 3 days before arrival.
