Has anyone ever forgot to bank points??
A friend of mine did not realize the need to bank points.
I seem to remember reading about a "One Time Ooops
I forgot "policy any suggestions.

The one time oops is called Once In a Lifetime Exception. I had to use it when we purchased a VWL due to a gap in communications with our guide. And they do mean *ONCE*. No second time around if you forget ever again. :)

I don't know if it is written per say, but a great MS CM informed me of this exception rule. Lucky for me, I was doomed to lose about 67pts. This will not happen to me again!

Yes, this is a valid policy that is used only once. I bought a resale from a couple that had spaced out and didn't bank 300 points and were then lost. The broker alerted me to the fact and was able to ge the 300 points back for the closing with the understanding that the "once in a lifetime" had been used. I paid $600 for those 300 points.
