Christmas is amazing, it's so much fun and all the characters get in the christmas spirit. The park is really well done out. They have a santa claus section and do have different shows.

The only downside is it was very cold, but we got round this the following year by wearing thermal socks and underwear. I hope this helps.

There is an iceskating rink outside Hotel New York from the beginning of the Christmas season until approx Easter

There is also a show in the Chapperal theatre - Mickeys Winter Wonderland which again is on all through the winter.

There isnt a different parade now but instead they add a few floats to the end of the Once upon a dream parade including Santa

Santa is there for children to visit and last year the Woodys Roundup area was turned into a Winterwonderland area

As you say there are lots of decorations and it snows on mainstreet - there is also mainly christmas music playing

It is also very very busy

we haven't visited at Xmas since December 2005 but I loved the snow in Main Street USA, it was so twinkly and pretty :goodvibes

I also loved the addition of Santa in the parade along with the nutcracker soldiers, it makes me want to go back for the xmas season :goodvibes

Xmas is beautiful and magical :santa:pixiedust:

Yes it's busy but depends when you plan to go. We went 15-19 Dec last year and had a fab time, rides were walk on but it was absolutely :cold:
