the completed planning book

I have seen on here before a picture of a completed planning book. I have been tring to find it and after 2 hrs and still cant seem to find it. Can someone help. I know she had little tabs and I am thinking she said she used a photo book. If you have a completed planning book can you take pictues and post them please. I am tring to get mine together.
I plan on working on this and the rest of t-shirts tom. Sunday afternoons seem to be my only day to do much.
