Picture Frames

Hi! I was wondering if anyone had some inexpensive ideas for a picture frame. I want to do something special for the FE exchange and thought making each family a picture frame would be nice. Any ideas? Thank you!

If you go to your local craft store, you can get some Disney tensils(sp??). Those combined with a bag of red, black and yellow beads glued on the frame and voila, a Disney frame. I will try to dig up some of the frames I have made in the past and will post a pic for you :)
