Yes, I posted the face value of the Premium vouchers as I thought I could be bit clever and use vouchers at face value in cheaper restaurants and get say 3 meals from 2 sets of vouchers. However, it seems you can't do this. This is the official response I've just got from Disney about using Premijm vouchers at face value:

My email:

Please can you confirm that I can use Premium Half Board meal plan
vouchers at face value at all meal plan restaurants.

Can you specifically confirm that I can use two adult premium vouchers
at Annettes to pay for 3 meals, if the face value of the vouchers cover
the cost of the 3 meals.

Their response:

We thank you for your e mail.

We can confirm you that You can use Premium Half Board meal plan
vouchers at face value at all meal plan restaurants, but you will not be
refund if
The price is less expensive.
But You will not be able to use 2 vouchers for 3 meals. Each voucher can
be used only for 1 person for 1 meal.

We wish you a very nice stay.

So, confirmation in writing at last that you can use Premium vouchers at face value in all the restaurants :thumbsup2, but you can't use them to get 3 meals with 2 vouchers  - it won't stop me trying though!
