I just had to let everyone know what a wonderful thing Stacy is doing for me.
I posted on FB earlier asking if someone in WDW would help me out with a shopping question. Here's why... My bosses have a 3 year old DD who was diagnosed w/ a brain tumor the size of an orange back in January, right after a trip to Orlando. Since then, she's had 2 surgeries & started chemo. They discovered this week that the chemo isn't working. They met w/ the doctors on Friday to discuss what to do next.
While at the clinic Friday Charlotte lost her Mickey plush that she got while in Orlando. She was 100% hooked on that Mickey. I was able to give her a "loaner" and figured I'd be able to get someone that's in WDW now to get me the SKU for the plush Charlotte had so I could call WDW mail order and get them to send me one...well, actually 2 so they'd have a back-up in case one gets lost again.
Stacy offered to not just get me the SKU but get the Mickeys! I told her to just have them shipped and give me a total and I'd paypal the money to her.
Well, now she won't even let me pay for them! She's buying these Mickeys for some little girl she doesn't even know. :goodvibes
I tell ya, she deserves that DL trip! She's got a heart of gold.
