Key West Excursion Question

I'm looking into doing an eco-tour on our own at KW. How early can I get off the ship? We just walk off, no tenders, right?

Approximate all-ashore time is 12:30. But I seem to recall a report that the folks on Disney excursions have priority on debarking because the ship is longer than the dock... only one gangway can be used. But yes, tenders are not used at Key West.

Disney Darwin - when are you planning to be in Key West?
I have some pamplets on Key West (I was born and raised there and to top it off - married to a Key West conch also)
