Just curious if anyone has heard if there is going to be a seperate check-in area at BC for the BCV's? If you walk into BC the normal check in is to the right. There is also a seperate check-in to the left that I have never seen used. I imagine at once maybe it was used for concigere or conferences, I am not sure, but I know the several times I have been there it was not staffed.
Do the other DVC properties that have both regular resort and DVC such as VWL and BWV have a seperate check in?

VWL didn't have a separate check-in when we stayed there.

BWV has the same check-in counter as the non-DVC check-in.

I believe I heard BCV and BC will share the checkin desks as do:
VWL and WL;
BWV and BW;

Terry,
It is also my understanding that BC and BCV will share the same check-in. When we first stayed at BC, guest services was at the counter on the opposite side of the front doors into the lobby.

In my opinion, sharing resources like that helps keep the dues low for the smaller DVC resorts. You don't have to staff a separate gift shop/store, check-in, maint folks, etc.
I don't see a need for a separate check out. Perhaps during peak periods, and long lines the additional counter can bee opened to help the line move faster.
I was wondering if the counter you saw was more information, guest services kind of thing like the one to the far right in the BWV lobby.
