Dealing with a very sore Back .. need prayers and pixie Dust

Hi Gang I have been dealing with Pain in my back for the past 24 Hours. I think i may have strained it at work . I did soak in the Tub last night and it feels somewhat better. I hope to feel better by the weekend so I can enjoy time at the Movies and with my Mom for mother's Day. Prayers and Pixie Dust is greatly Needed:hug::grouphug:

According to my daughters who both deal with this, ice it....yup ice makes it feel better.
