We eat off site a few days and eat on site for a few days. I would like to get DDP for just 3 days instead of 6. Is that possible?

DDP must be for each night of your reservation. Your credits can be used at any time, so for the 3 on-site days, you would have 6TS credits and 6CS credits to use however you want (and note, there are plenty of non-park options even on your "off site" days) within that period of time (assuming 7 days/6 nights).

Alternatively, you can do a "split stay", and make two reservations for consecutive 3-night blocks. Your dining credits will only be valid for the 4 days surrounding the 3 nights the plan is booked for, however -- you wouldn't be able to stretch them out over the whole 7 days/6 nights.

if you do end up paying for 6 but only using it for 3, you will still have 6 TS credits and 6 CS credits, so on your three days at the parks, you could do signature restaurants at 2 credits per person, and breakfast & lunch 1 CS each day. And then you'd have 6 snack credits to use up in 3 days, too. Would be like having the deluxe. Just a thought.

Sorry, they don't sell partial dining plans - it's the whole stay or nothing. But you could do as suggested above, and book some 2 TS signature meals.

Our next trip will be a split stay. The first 5 nights at ASMU with free dining. Then we move to POFQ for 5 nights room only. Since dining has to be part of a package that is at the beginning of our trip. We will continue using our tickets for the POFQ portion of our vacation. You could do the same. You don't have to change resorts.
