But Bubba is gone from the morning show, and Oddo got let go from the Philips Phile in the afternoon....

I've ditched American radio for BBC Radio 1 on Siruis XM. :) Great mix of music from A to Z (literally), a language lesson everyday, and a brief bit of news I can('t) use (hey I'll know when the lorrie drivers are striking or something).

WHAT?!!! Holy cow! :scared1: What's up with shooting the dog? Oh geez, I mean, I "understand" that violence against a spouse/human can be the result of serious emotional distress/out of control anger, but sheesh, why the poor dog?

I use to listen before I got XM. I now only listen Monday afternoon at 5:15 to hear the Monday Movie Review with Wanzie and Doug. But I was shocked about the release of Oddo and Bubba.

Bubba was the whole musical force behind the Monsters. This will truly change the dynamic of the show. And they obviously were not going by seniority when they let Oddo go because he had been there for 15 years!

As for Shannon Burke, I never liked his show. The only person more obnoxious than him was Dru Garabo. Good riddance. SBK (Soul Brother Kevin) deserves his own show. I hope they give the midday to him.
