So long story short, the email with our room block info got lost in cyberspace. I talked with our WC this afternoon and she resent it to us and said she thought we received it and maybe we weren't doing a block. Our contract should be done by friday so i need to get this to her tonight so it can be inserted into the letter of agreement!
so onto my question. if i block out 30 rooms at ASmovies and 10 rooms at POFQ. Lets say 20 nights at ASM are purchased and 20 rooms at other various Disney resorts. As long as our guarenteed nights are met we don't need to pay correct? or do I still need to pay for the 20 other rooms that were blocked out? it doesn't matter what resort they stay at right? the blocks are only to get a discount? what if no one stays at any of the hotels we block but we still reach the guarenteed amount of rooms? I should be fine right? Thanks so much! I'm a little frantic at the moment!:laughing:
