News for those who haven't yet joined D23

I placed my order for my membership last week (4/27) and I haven't received anything yet. I just gave Disney Shopping a call to find out about that status since the website wasn't showing it was shipped. Apparently it takes 10-12 business days, no big deal for me. I just really want it to get here!

Since I had them on the phone I asked about the D23 magazine. Since I waited so long to get the membership I wanted to make sure that I was still getting the first issue. I'm safe. I was told that the cut off date for people to receive the first issue was April 30. So if you've waited to order until now, you may not be getting the first issue of the magazine. Of course this was from the CM who answered the phone, so I'm not sure how realiable the information is. Just thought people might want to know!

Good luck with that! I joined the day the program was announced and still have not received the magazine or the certificate. I have received the membership card and the lithograph print, which I just received yesterday. I have been emailing with customer service trying to get it taken care of.

Has the second issue of the magazine gone out? I haven't seen that in addition to the first magazine.

yeah the second one is already out...sorry about your problems. I'm having the opposite experience I think; things are coming early...I even got a second lithograph since the first one was slightly damaged...

I hope they figure it out for you really soon! It's not cool that you're having all those problems pirate: (i just have never used the pirate smile before)

I'm working with Customer Service and they are really trying to get the situation resolved. Hopefully we will have everything in the next few weeks.

I am sorry to hear you've had some problems with your D23 merchandise. I thought I'd give a heads up to any of the guys who may be considering ordering one of the t-shirts. I ordered the D23 t-shirt with the Mickey Mouse Bandleader image in size Medium. I've ordered lots of shirts from different vendors, including Disney, over the years and Medium has always been fine.

Well, when I received the shirt and tried to put it on I could barely get it over my head. This must have been a Medium for one of Snow White's little dwarf friends, but not for your average Westerner! It was very small.

I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement in a larger size without requiring me to return the first shirt, which was very kind of them. I'm going to donate the first shirt as a raffle prize for our NFFC chapter's annual Toys for Tots fundraiser.

Also, the shirt is 100% cotton and may shrink quite a bit when washed.
