Dancing with the stars Did anyone see it last night?

Hey Gang. I watched "Dancing with the Stars" last night, it was a great show but the shocking departure of Lil Kim was the highlight of the show, although in my opinon as well as my Mom's opinion Lil Kim had trouble with the Ballroom Dances. But did well with the Samba, Salsa and the Mambo Dances. Here is the scoop

Rapper Lil' Kim has made a shocking exit from reality show Dancing with the Stars after failing to win over TV viewers with her waltz.

The pint-sized star and her professional dance partner Derek Hough had previously been tipped as favorites to take the 2009 title, after consistently earning high scores and praise from the program's judges.

But the hitmaker found herself in the bottom two with singer Jewel's rodeo-star husband Ty Murray on Monday, with a score of 52 out of 60 compared to the cowboy's 46.

And despite head judge Len Goodman hailing Kim as "one of the best dancers" ever to appear on the show, she became the latest celebrity to be voted off on Tuesday.

Bowing out of the competition, Kim said, "This is one of the greatest experiences I've ever experienced in my life because I brought people who never watched the show."

Murray joins Sex and the City actor Gilles Marini, Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson and reality TV star Melissa Rycroft in next week's semifinal.

I was shocked because she was so good at the Latin dances, and she has such a strong partner. I really thought Ty was going to be the one to go this week. Who'd have thought a rodeo star would have such a fan base?

I think Melissa will win it . But don't coun't Shawn out . If she holds well next week she may go all the way to the finals.

barring injuries I think Melissa might win.....
and to think she might have missed out on all of this fun and fame and been stuck with that goofy bachelor in Seattle...he did her a big FAVOR when he kicked her to the curb :yay:

It's never fun to watch someone go home but I was for TY all the way. Rodeo is a big thing and rodeo fans are loyal fans. Also they did say Ty had his highest score ever in the competition even though it was the lowest of the night. Which means he is improving :) and thats what its all about. I think everyone is good. Love the show!
