I have actually just started listening to DIS Radio too. I have it playing through my speakers in my classroom where I teach 7th/8th graders. I love it because it takes me to Disney. Some of the kids love it, some of the kids hate it but I don't care!

I was painting the woodwork in my house this weekend and decided to turn it on and see (if it's run by Pete, it can't be bad).

It was on all weekend.

What a great selection of songs. It's more than I expected, not just "Can you feel the love tonight" over and over again.

I am SOOOOOOOOOOO hooked and late to the party too. Now I just let it play at the house in the background, just love it. The kids came in the room when the Illuminations music was playing and my five year old said "Mommy, that's the song when the big earth comes into the lake!" That's my girl!:goodvibes

I discovered it about two or three years ago on tivo of all places! I generally only listen to it through the tv. I listen while I clean, or prepare dinner. I do listen to it daily though, because it provides our dinner music every night!

I listen to the DIS and subsonic. I like subsonic because you can do a 30 min block of requests.

Me, too! I was amazed - and pleased - to see that it wasn't blocked at school. It made student-led conferences much more interesting while I was hiding behind my desk so my students would do the talking!

I just started listening today and I was on my way over here to tell Pete THANK YOU!!!! It takes me to my happy place while at work, I love my job but this makes my day go a lot faster.

DH and I decided we are for sure going back to the World in September for free dining & my birthday!!!!!!

I've been listening for some time! Although I tune in only on my plan time which is the same time every day so I hear the same songs.

It's better this year but last year? If I had to hear the Animal Kingdom parade music one more time, I was gonna hurt someone! :scared1:

Yeah, sorry about that. I have to admit for some reason the Jammin Jungle parade is one of my favorites, and it did find it's way onto the playlist more than it should have :)
