Disney Club website! HELP!!!

Hi! I am trying to access the DC website and it just won't let me!! When I sign in with my Disney.com info., It says I am not recognized as a DC member. When I fill out all of the info. they need to recognize me, it says this user is already registered for Disney.com!!! :mad: Well, Duh!!! Anyway, if anyone out there can help me, it will greatly appreciated! TIA!! :)

I experienced the same thing the first time trying to login. Call tech support (sorry I don't have that available at the top of my head, but it is on the login site) and they will help you with that. After that we have always been able to logon.

Thanks for the info! I checked and couldn't find a tech support number anywhere. ILOL! They probably got sick of calls and removed it. I guess I'll look in the DC package and see if they a number to call. Thanks again!

Hi,

This happened to me too. To get around it, I created a different login name for DC web site. Be sure to write it down! I wrote my login name in the back of the little binder/booklet thingy. It really came in handy later when I forgot what my "alternate"name was supposed to be. Maybe this is a simplistic solution but try it and see if it works for you. Could save you aggravation of being on hold.

Same thing happened to me. Really is a weird cycle they have there. I just called the number on the back of the Disney Club Card and they fixed it for me. Here's the # 1-888-DISNEY4U. Hope you can get it all straightened out. :)

I remember this happenning to me to and I ended up logging in to the Disney.com site and then clicking on the Disney Club button. This is still how I get there; never did figure out how to do it the right way!:D

Thanks for all the input!!! I had tried everything, including entering from the Disney.com site, to no avail. I called the # you posted phins, and they helped me out. It turns out that I had used an alternate user name the first time I logged on (a long time ago) and had completely forgotten. It was the name I thought it was but with a couple added characters.Thanks again, All!! I'm in!! :)
