It looks like this news didn't upset Wall Street too much. Disney stock is up 29 cents (1.27%) today, even after the news was released.

Tomorrow may be a different story.

My take on all this? The Walt Disney Company is a solid company with good management. Their revenues and profits are down because they are a victim of the recession, not of any management problems within the company. Therefore, the problems with the profits should correct itself when the economy gets better. I have a fair amount of Disney stock in my portfolio, so I sure do hope I am right!
