I just heard that Dom Deluise died yesterday! He was 75.

How sad. Another very funny performer is gone. :sad2:

I met him at the Yacht Club one time. He was there with a couple of his sons (sadly not David, the cutest IMHO). That was back when Seaquest was on NBC...I think it was filmed (at least part of it) in FL. I have a picture somewhere...he was very gracious.

He's the only star I bugged at WDW. I left Murphy Brown's Jim Dial (Charles Kimbrough) alone (in the concierge lounge, he has a lovely wife), totally wasn't impressed by Greg Germann (Ally McBeal...remind me to tell you what I think about guys like him with flashy cars :)), I didn't realize who the man was until I got out of the elevator, but I *REALLY* wanted to say dude stay out of the sun (George Hamilton), and let me tell you miss thing Diana Ross was in my way (well, at least her giant hair was) at Shark Reef one time at Typhoon Lagoon. I almost pushed her in...she was videoing the grand kids. :)

So sad. He was one of my favorites. First Bea, then Dom, who's next? (they say they go in threes):happytv:

Phyllis Diller... (I mean I hope not, but there's another aged laugh-maker.)

What a shame. He always made me laugh. My whole family can recite lines from the movie Fatso and Cannonball Run that had us in tears. :sad2:

Well, there was Danny Gans - he passed last Friday, I think. I only ever saw him perform on TV once... but his impressions were spot on!

Hopefully, that will be our three for a while.

RIP, Bea, Danny, and Dom. :sad1:

That's true...most people are like "who is that?" but if you were on the LV strip in the past umteen years, you would know. :) He was young, too (52).

We bought some cupcakes at a place tonight (cupcakes are all the rage now aren't they?)...it reminded me of Bea...

"My cupcakes are moist and delicious." :)
