Do Changes in Dolphin Policy Apply if I Reserved Prior to Change??

At the time I made our Dolphin ressies for Nov., one could waive the resort fee and do without 'free' coffee, fitness club and newspaper. Anyone do this since the policy change based on their having made the ressie before the change?

If you already requested the fee waived, seems to me like that should not be a problem.

BTW---last week, because we were using a Starwoods Free Night, our reservation had to be divided into three separate ressies. We paid the resport fee only on the first three nights. The rest of the nights, it was waived.
