We're going again thanks to family crisis!

My sister and her hubby had booked a trip to DLRP in 7 days time for themselves (no kids) but sadly her husband has just been made redundant (company has gone bust without paying the staffs wages!! :scared1:) Even worse, they hadnt taken out any travel insurance which would have covered the cost of cancellation :sad2:
According to the Disney booking conditions holidays cancelled 3- 7 days before have a 75% cancellation charge. Theres no way they can afford to go now. They had intended to go Eurostar and they have been very lucky in securing a full refund for both Eurostar and the second part of their holiday in Brittany so we have agreed a (very reasonable) price with them for their DLRP Holiday and Disney have changed the names for us and added Calum for us without admin charges so.... we are going again :yay:
Obviously I feel very sorry that my sister and her hubby are losing out on their holiday but at least we've been able to help them recover some money and despite only being home 2 weeks... how could we not help them out? :flower3:


So, we're off next Tuesday to THE DISNEYLAND HOTEL for 5 nights with HB Premium!!! :cloud9:

It's scary times were in with things like this happening more and more to decent working people. What a shame for them. I hope you enjoy the trip though, and it is at least positive that they have been able to recover some of the money.
