Has anyone used the kids club at the Boardwalk? Do they serve dinner/snacks? We are staying at the Poly but plan to have dinner w/o kids at Flying Fish. I thought I could save money by taking the kids to the boardwalk rather than letting them stay at neverland and having to pay for the time we are traveling.

Rugrat,
My 6 yr old. DD stayed at the BW Child care last summer and loved it! We just returned and she wanted very much to stay there again, but it was not in the plans this time. Her stay last time did include a meal. She was enjoying herself so much last time that when we went to get her she wanted to stay just a little longer. Hope this helps.

My kids have stayed there, but to be honest, they much prefer the Sandcastle Club across the lagoon at the Beach Club.

The room is quite small and there just weren't as many activities to keep them busy. Plus there was only one counselor and she was an older lady, kind of a drill sergeant type, I'm afraid. Granted, they only tried it the one night, but they have never asked to go back, unlike the Sandcastle Club, where they always can't wait to return to. It could have been an isolated experience, who knows?

Since you're only planning on being there for dinner, I'm sure it will be fine, but if you want to make a night of it you might want to reconsider and try the Sandcastle Club or the Neverland Club, which is also quite wonderful.

Have fun!

My DS has been there several times and really loves it. They do serve dinner at two different times. They have several choices. We usually dine at FF while he is there and is never ready to leave when we go to pick him up.
