Hmmm...You may not post atachments question

Just wondering what this means:

In the little box on the bottom left of the page it says

Posting Rules:
You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may edit your posts

Why does it say that I may not post attachments? I have over 100 posts...maybe I'm just misunderstanding what it means. Can anyone clear this up for me? :confused3

No one is ever allowed to post attachments. You will find that is the case with most message boards. Attachments are actual files placed on the site and could contain viruses or spyware or other nasties. Instead you upload your photos to a host site like photobucket and then link to it in your post.
