Need a phone number........

Hi guys,
I need the phone or fax number for the person who allocates the rooms at OKW.
I booked at the 7 month window and they have allready acknowledged our room requests but I thought I could just fax them again just before we go.
How soon before do I need to fax them and how would you suggest I word my fax,

I have 1-407-827-7700 for a phone number for OKW.

I always wondered whether Disney pays any attention to faxes at the resort. I have read about a lot of people who haven't used it and some who have but I wonder if anyone has really found it to make a difference. I have always just called member services and been satisfied.

I know that faxing your requests in 3-4 days in advance works. On our last trip to OKW we didn't make any requests through MS when we booked the room. I faxed my requests in a couple of days before we arrived and voila we got everything we asked for. BTW we asked to be in a 1st floor non smoking room by a quiet pool and got building 55. Beautiful location at the end of a cul de sac right next to the quiet pool and with a water view.

Couldn't have worked out better.

I've used both the fax and also made the request at the time I made the resevation. I've gotten more of my requests filled by just making the request at the time I made the reservation.

I stayed at OKW last month. My reservation said non-smoking, Turtle Pond Road, water view, second floor. Our arrival was on a Saturday, I faxed the room controller on Tuesday. I repeated the requests and added that first floor would be OK if second not available, but not handicapped. I also mentioned wanting a quiet area. We got a wonderful first floor room right in front of a pond with lots of ducks & birds (3111), very quiet. I'm not sure if the fax made a difference, but we were happy.
