After 5 days in WDW and 5 days in the gulf coast, we are planning to come back to Orlando and spend 2 days in SW and 1 day in another Disney park.
Can you please recommend any good, clean hotel (3 or 4 star) that is not too expensive but close enough to both parks.

We've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn next to Sea World (on Westwood Blvd). It was nice and clean with a view of Sea World. I'd definitely recommend it - it was also easy to get to Disney. We didn't go to Sea World, but I heard you could walk from the hotel to save money on parking.
We got this hotel on priceline for $33/night + tax. I bid using the 3 star parameter for the Sea World/Universal area. Of course, by doing this there's no guarantee that you'll get this hotel. We were fine with this though, as most of the 3* hotels in that area for Priceline get good reviews on TripAdvisor. I checked regular travel sites and the cheapest rate for our room was $110/night! We got a great deal!

I did this as well... Payed $34 iirc. It was rly close. We went to Universal but I could see the coaster from my hotel window and could definitely walk to park from there. Can check out betterbidding dot com if your willing to risk priceline and we were. I did not get what I was expecting but was pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
