The Beach Club concierge is wonderful. The people who work there couldn't be nicer and the food was great BUT the rooms on the concierge floor leave a lot to be desired. We had a waterview room and it was tiny and had a view mainly of a large tree. They showed me several rooms. They were smaller than regular BC rooms and had terrible views. I would stay on a different floor but use the concierge lounge.:bounce: :bounce:

I have stayed at YC concierge, but never BC concierge, however, I have had a tour of the BC concierge level. there are some rooms with wonderful views. and also about half the rooms have full balconies. the room I went in to see had 2 queen beds, and a daybed, and a full balcony. it was a normal size room for the Y&B club (which means about 385 sq ft or so) the view was of SAB and crescent lake.

if you hava a garden view concierge room, request lake side of the resort with full balcony.
if you have a lake view, you will have direct lake view (concierge level lake view means direct lake view, not like the other levels)
so make sure to request full balcony.

BC concierge shares the same staff as YC concierge, so I can tell you that you should be receiving stellar service! the cm's are wonderful!
the lounge is cozy with couches, chairs with little tables between them and a large TV. the food offerings are very good!
they have the same food as at the YC...
large selections at breakfast, and lots of snacks even during the day, such as popcorn, chips n salsa, pretzels, cookies, pudding, breadsticks wrapped in bacon, nuts...
plus ofcourse, water, soda, juice, coffee tea all day.
in the evening they have a large selection of hor'deuvres... fruit, cheese n crackers, veggies n dip, then about 5 or 6 hot items, quiches, scallops wrapped in bacon, quesidillas, veggie wraps, mini corn dogs, cocnut chicken, sosmetimes sushi! real good selection, plus wine, white, red and blush.
in the later evening they have a wide variety of desserts too, about 8 different types of mini pastries, and a featured cake of the evening (changes daily) some times it is cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake, white cake w/coconut frosting, flan...
also about 5 different cordials baileys, godiva, frangelico, amaretto...

you will love the BC concierge!

have a great trip!
