I ordered like two weeks ago and my Dis tickets are not here yet. Should I be concerned? I'm going in August and just wondered if they are waiting and going to send them in July. Should I e-mail or call them or stop worrying?

E-mail them. Usually their turnaround time is very quick.

My tickets I ordered last year only took 4 days. I would contact them.

Another vote for contacting them. I ordered my tickets (Disney, Sea World & Disney Quest) from them last year, and received them in less than a week.

Please keep us posted.....

Didn't they give you a shipping date in your email confirmation? Sometimes the shipping date is a week or two (or three) away.

well, ask and you shall receive...I got my tickets today. They also sent a ton of vacation guides and coupons. The tickets look awsome. I'm so excited!!!

I just wanted to verify that Ticketmania is on the line. I got the 4 day hopper with 1 option, and I don't want to get to the gate and find that it's a dead pass! Someone reassure me! :D

"on the line"? Not sure what that means but if you're asking if Ticketmania is a legitimate ticket source, the answer is yes. They are among other things a ticket wholesaler who buys direct from Disney and resells to the public just as the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau does from their website http://www.orlandoticketsales.com/

Thank you Golden Oldie. I was searching for the proper word, and for some reason, legitimate just completely escaped me.

Glad to hear that! I can now put my mind at ease about my pass! :)

maybe the word you were looking for was "on the level". ;)

we used ticketmania in april and we never had a problem.
i loved that they sell the actual ticket and not just the voucher

Has anyone else recently buying tickets from ticketmania waited more than a week to get the tickets?

Poohangel, that was probably what I wanted, but I was looking for one word. Have you ever just COMPLETELY blanked out like that? I hate it! :D

My ticket took less than a week. I ordered it on the 8th, and it arrived last week Thursday (the 13th).

I ordered the Mousesaver special 5-day, 4-plus hoppers from Ticketmania. One pass came and it was wrong (a 4-day, 1 plus). Ticketmania was very apologetic and immediately sent the correct pass out in the mail so we'd have it in time for our trip, along with a pre-paid envelope to send the wrong pass back. I have been pleased with their service thus far. I've never bought passes from anyone but Disney before, but I believed Mousesavers wouldn't steer anyone wrong in recommending them.

I ordered my tickets on 6/7/02, but in all fairness did it using a personal check. Haven't received them yet but my check wasn't cashed until 6/12/02, so it's been 7 days and counting. I will call them if it takes to much longer. Didn't take notice on how long it said it would take when you send a check in.
