DW Sue, her mom, and her Aunt Irene will be in 5520 on the October 3rd sailing of the Wonder. I don't know if you are cruising before that date so I'm not sure if her input will be of any help to you.

Any feedback from future or former "sailors" will be greatly appreciated!

We had the secret porthole room adjoiners -- 5522/5524. I have pics of them on my website if you'd like to see them to get an idea of what your room will look like. We were midship on the trips prior to this one -- this was our first time forward. There was some movement -- but I LOVED it -- I felt like a baby getting rocked to sleep at night. I wouldn't hesitate to book forward again in the future --- and the Secret Porthole rooms are TERRIFIC!

We have stayed in 5024 inly two rooms down. I did notice a slight (and I mean very slight) rocking at night when I would lay down. It was rather soothing and rocked me to sleep. I am very prone to seasickness so if the rocking had been very noticeble, I wouldn't have done much sleeping.

We stayed next door in 5522 on our April cruise. We had up to 20 foot waves that week, and yes you could feel movement everywhere, but I think it was a "smoother" movement than farther back on the ship where it seemed more "bouncy". Make sense?

We enjoyed the location so much (and the secret porthole) that we have booked 5520 for our next cruise in May!

Enjoy!

We had 5520 and LOVED IT! The veiw is very good and the room was very convient. We tried to get it again on our Sept trip but it was booked:( I do not recall there being a lot of motion. My DH was worried about getting sea sick and he was fine.
Pauleet was our cabin hostess and she was wonderful!
