I would like to post photos but it says i cant

When i scroll down to the very bottom there is a box that says i can post threads reply to threads and edit posts but i cannot post photos do i have to do something special?

Please take a look at the FAQ thread on this page and the Video Tutorial--both stickied at the top. They tell and show you how to post photos.
