Blink took back their 54,000 points! :(

If you look on the left hand side of the home page, your account balance still reflects the points. But if you go into your account info, you'll see that they deducted the points from your account.

Oh well, c'est la vie!

Well, they took it away from both of my accounts. WAAAAAAH! I was getting ready to cash out. Now I'm glad I didn't. :( Seems to me if they give points out, they shouldn't take them away at their whim. A little sleazy if you ask me.

Another poster on another board said she emailed blink about missing webbies and the people at web certificates said they haven't heard from the people at blink in a month. Doesn't sound good. :(

I cashed out right away so we'll see if I get credit. I got an email from Blink when I cashed out saying I'd get my certificate in a week or so, that was a week ago.

When I read this thread, I immediately checked my Blink account and all 60,000 + points were there. I redeemed 53000 for a $5 webbie and the process went through just like normal. :bounce:

Of course, if normal is like the last time I redeemed Blink points (same thing on April 12th) I won't get a thing--I'm still waiting for the April webbie.

I am brand new to Blink, but I was able to get those points due to the post here.
I cashed out for a $5 web cert asap because, even though I was new, I knew it was probably too good to believe.
At any rate, I checked my account today and this is what I found:

:confused: :confused: :confused: Hmmmm, looks like I missed all this because I've been spending too much time on my computer at work, so by the time I get home a computer is the LAST thing I want to see! Guesss I'll just wander on over to Blink & see what my account looks like.
BTW, I just checked & it seems like I didn't get my webbie from 4/8 yet either. :mad: Guess I need to start paying more attention to what's going on around here. I've been pretty removed from rewards lately between our Cedar Point trip & my work. Time to get back with the "program"! :wave:

My 54,000 are gone too. I will never make enough to cash out before Sept trip - IF I want to receive the reward BEFORE the trip... guess I will give up on this one.

MyPoints seems like the way to go right now, especially since I order my contacts there each month.

I emailed Blink about my point discrepancy since it showed that I had cashed out but when I do the points those points show that I haven't. CRAZY!!!. Of course I haven't heard back. My mom's 54000 were taken away too.

Well my email was answered but not in the way I hoped. Blink reinstated my points to my account so I didn't get to cash out, but the 54,000 was taken away. I can't believe they didn't give anyone an explanation about why this has happened.:mad:
