The new Star Trek film is Comming out next weekend...Pete are you going to see it?

Ok Star Trek fans. May 8th is the Big day for Trekkies. The new Star Trek movie is comming out . I have been looking forwad to this film since last summer when I saw the first trailers. Just seeing Kirk & Spock in their early days is going to be incredible. So Pete and all other trekkies out there on the Boards. Are you going to see the new Star Trek film?

I'm going to try - I'm going to be 'on location' this weekend working on Project X - so I'm not sure if I'll be able to. Considering Walter will be with me, the likelihood of me getting him to sit thru a Sci-Fi flick (let alone Star Trek) is slim to none. But, you never know :)

I will be posting my review next weekend when i see the film. I just love the New Enterprise. It looks like the cross between the first Enterprise and Enerprise-E from the last Next Generation Movie

I'm very excited about this film too. My wife and I never get to go to movies anymore, but the weekend it opens we will be having our adult weekend in Orlando. The idea has crossed my mind to see it, but then maybe there's other things we want to do on our "adult" weekend.

Just a heads up - while the official release date for Star Trek is stated to be May 8, many theaters have permission to start showing it on May 7.

We have an IMAX near my house so you can guess where I will be on May 7.
