At this time, all Walt Disney Parks and Resorts sites, including the Walt Disney World Resort, continue to operate normally. There have been no announced changes to published Park Hours or Entertainment Offerings.
In the event the current concern over Swine Flu escalates, I'm sure that the Walt Disney World Resort, as well as the Disneyland Resort, will act in accordance with the advice, instructions and orders of the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as Local, State and Federal Governments, in order to ensure the continued health and well-being of Guests and Cast Members alike.

I just found this article on Drudgereport, but it confuses me.

From the article:
Eyewitness News has learned of Orlando's first reported case of swine flu, however Florida Hospital is denying the claim, which was made by one of their own officers in an email.
"A case was diagnosed here in Orlando today on a tourist from Mexico who came to Disney attractions two days ago to visit," CMO Loran Hauck wrote in an email obtained by Eyewitness News
Sooo, is swine flu in Florida or not???

It turned out to be a scare. A reporter from the local ABC Affiliate misinterpreted something and reported it.

The Florida Department of Health is reaffirming that there are no confirmed cases of Swine A/H1N1 Influenza Virus in the State of Florida at this time:

Anyway, please do again rest assured that the Walt Disney World Resort does continue to operate normally at this time.
I'm sure that they will comply with Public Health Authorities in this matter, including temporarily halting normal operations and temporarily closing for an extended period of time the Theme Parks and Resorts as part of any "social distancing" measures that may be implemented.
On a bigger level, however, there may be some effects on attendance. There are starting to be calls in Congress for the Federal Government to immediately close the borders to all Foreign Nationals. If this were to occur, attendance at both the Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts would, obviously, be heavily impacted.
And of course, any temporary halt in normal operations implemented as part of broader Public Health Measures would also have an affect on attendance (i.e. there wouldn't be any).
