I'm doing the basic dining plan in august and one of my fav foods is sushi, so was very interested in going to Tokyo Dining. However when i looked at a menu sushi is not listed in the main list of entrees but rather as its own section. So does anyone have experience of whether i will be able to get me some sushi included on the plan as my entree or if it will be OOP? many thanks x

I believe there is a tempura and sushi combo (Ginza Gozan).

Reports on the DIS boards state that you cannot order from the sushi menu for the Dining Plan. Take a look at the menu for Tokyo Dining on allears. It's organized better than the one here. You'll see that there are some entrees that have sushi in them. But no, you can't order things like the Volcano Roll.

Last year they told us the last two combo plates on the sushi menu could be ordered as DDP entrees. Everything was available from the regular menu on the DDP, and some of those combos included sushi. I liked the Ginza Gozen, a combo sushi and tempura entree, but there was no choice of what kind of sushi. You got a set selection.

We just ordered separate sushi apps and paid OOP since the apps are not included in the basic DDP anyway.

Thankyou for your answers, kind of what i was expecting i think which is fine. Would be happy to pay OOP for a sushi fix:goodvibes
