WL Spa Question

Do they have showers at the spa? My brother-in-law wants to work out in the mornings when we are there, and he figured that if they had showers he could use them to get ready while us 3 "girls" monopolize the bathroom in the guest room.
Also, can you give me an idea of what equipment they have there?

Are you staying at the WL or the Villas? It's my understanding (someone please correct me if I'm wrong) that the only workout facility there is Sturdy Branches at the Villas. I also think that it's only available to guests staying at the Villas.

My bil and mil used Sturdy Branches in December and enjoyed it. I think they said there were treadmills, steppers and stationary bikes. Maybe some weights, too. I don't recall there being any shower facilities there, though.
