$15 MB @ Vero

Just returned from WDW (VWL), met with a guide and he explained that Vero had a $15 MB, plus a one year set back. Just thought I would put this up if anyone is interested.

If you purchase this month, you will recieve points from June 2001. You could use these points (bank) or you could rent them back. Its basically a $15 off sale. Instead of $80 per point, its $65.

Thanks. I thought somehow in addition to the $15 sell back, I will get one year's additional point.

I have a December use year, so this is consistent with what my guide told me, that by electing to have the MB, I will be paying $60/point (since I comiitted to it before 6/30) and still have December 2002's points.

Were you told (or do you know) if the 1-year setback is available only at Vero Beach, or is it at any of the DVC resorts thru Disney? Thanks!

Vero Beach only. They have some limited MB at the other resorts including BCV.
