I was wondering wha kinds of fruit people were offered for dessert on the dining plan. I have lost over 100 pounds and want the option to choose fruits.....also do you have pics of what they gave you?
Thanks!
:)

I was there about a year ago and at counter service meals you can choose your own fresh fruit. I remember getting grapes and cut up melon.

At TS meals you can sometimes choose fruit-- it is usually seasonal cut up fruit as I remember.

And congrats on your weight loss!
You will walk off a lot of calories in the world.

This is from Tony's. I think it may have been on the kids menu.

On counter service meals you can usually pick grapes, apples slices sometimes with caramel, cut up veggies, and applesauce. For sit down meals ask your server, Disney is good about healthy options.

It is generally seasonal cut fruit, not unlike what you would find at most chain restaurants. But it is usually quite good, and fresh. I remember eating lots of pineapple and strawberries last time I was there. If you're not sure what kind of fruit it will be, ask your server. I found that the fruit selection/ portion size varied somewhat from place to place, but was generally about the same throughout the park.
And don't forget about all the exercise you will get just walking around the park!
