Disney Dining Plan Question

Hi Everyone:

Although we are regulars at WDW we will be using the DDP for the first time in August. We will be staying at more than one resort during that tme. Here's my question when does your dining plan expire? Example we are checking in On Thursday and out on Sunday at Port Orleans, then on Sunday we are heading to Kidani Village without the dining plan. So will our dining plan for PO expire on Saturday night at midnight, Sunday when we check out or Sunday at midnight?

Your meals expire at midnight of the checkout day at each resort, so be sure to use up your first stays meals before using the second resorts meals!

so it would be mightnight on Sunday? We don't have the DDP for our Kidani Village stay.

We are doing a split stay also and because the plan ends at midnight on our checkout day we have our first day at the next resort covered for meals. We split alot of meals because the kids are considered adults and can't eat nearly as much food that comes so the DDP goes along way for us.
