It was cute, wasn't it? Brooklynn calls it Preppa Landing. :)

Disneyshopping has Preppa Landing ornaments for $5.99. I thought about getting one for Jill's tree and one for mine, but I haven't yet. I'm trying not to spend any unnecessary money before trip time.

I saw those. Santa usually brings an ornament for the kids' stockings, so maybe he will bring a Prep and Landing one for Connor. ;)

Hi MeMom! Well, I would LOVE to meet up with you guys; it depends on what time my aunt and uncle get done with dinner that night, since my sister and I have the kids. Their ressie at California Grill is at 6:00pm, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to sneak away or not. But I will sure try!!

But now I have a worry....the weather. We are supposed to get a mixture of snow and freezing rain today and tomorrow. It's supposed to clear out by Friday and we fly out Saturday, so cross your fingers that we are OK to go on time!!!

I am trying not to get worked up about it, since there isn't anything I can do about the weather, but just pray for good weather!!

Hi Brook - I was wondering about you guys....I just watched the weather again this morning, and for where we are, we're supposed to get some rain/freezing rain (we are actually under a flash flood watch) and then about a total of 3-4" of snow. So hopefully, we'll all be able to get out on time!!!

I agree though, they are agreeing that by Saturday, things are going to clear up.

In weather-news, it looks like we'll be good to go. The western part of Iowa is getting hit much worse than we are; for today, they're forcasting some rain and some sleet, and then tomorrow about 2-4" of snow, but then clear after that. We have a nifty website that gives the road conditions in the state, and the interstate that we take to the airport is clear as can be. So it appears that (cross your fingers) we'll take off on time on Saturday morning!! :thumbsup2

I'll start the TR tomorrow night and get it rolling.....be on the watch!! :3dglasses I've decided to title it "Our Totally Tinsel Christmas Vacation!!!"

So this is my final entry in this little, humble PTR....it's about 4:30AM, I am off to take a shower and I have been awake since 3:00.....:eek: should be a long day, but oh well! :goodvibes

The roads look good, the flight is on time, so we'll be on the road to the airport at 6AM. And if all goes as planned, we'll be arriving at MCO at 1:45PM!! :cool1:

I have the best intentions of starting the TR while I am there, so we'll see how that goes. :rotfl: Otherwise, I'll see ya on the other side, when we're back January 4th!
