Day 9 Friday June 7 - MK rope drop, that's it!
Another early Mickey wake-up, 7:00am and we are at the MK gates at 8:30am. They don't let us in until 8:50am, we just barely make it to rope drop near the Teacups. We go straight to Pooh and ride 2x, DH gets 1 FP for Pooh & 1 for Peter Pan, while DS & I go to Dumbo, already 15min! Only 10m for Peter Pan so we wait, then we go to to Jungle Cruise 10m. I was hoping to ride Magic Carpets again & Pirates, but our FP return times are 9:30-10:30, we got them too quickly!! We head back to Fantasyland & DS says no Peter Pan, he wants Small World, so we ride one more time, only 5min wait. Now FP for Pooh! He definately wants to ride this. We go back to the Carousel, no wait, then off to lunch at Cosmic Rays, but not before I grab FP for Buzz. We eat, but it wasn't very good. Burgers were charred & cold :rolleyes: Not time yet for Buzz, so we go to PeopleMovers, no wait, then it's time for Buzz. We had a lot of fun on this ride. Would have liked to go again, but 1hr wait! We get an ice cream and head toward the exit. We take the train for a round trip then we are finished. We get back to the room around 1:30.
We rest, swim, rest. At 5:00 we go to the lounge, tonight they have pasta, vegees & cheese & crackers. DH has a tuna sandwich, and says he doesn't need to eat anything else tonight
:rolleyes: OK, but I do! So, tonight I order a pizza, it was v good. It was raining again, so the FW & EWP were cancelled again. Poor DS, he just loved the EWP. We just relaxed & I packed! We leave tomorrow, but we are ready to go home. One more early morning, our flight is at 10:15am.
